Jeremy, I sort of agree. I personally feel that the LITC remix would have not work with Wayne wasn't on it. But I do feel that in certain songs it kinda kills the feel of the song.
I think rap does kill good rnb songs, one song I can think of is 'bust it baby" part 2, with NeYo...the ONLY reason I like that song is because it samples Janet jackson's hit "come back to me" and the chorus in catchy, other wise I fast forward thru the song, lol
oh my LORD! LOL! See thats why I like my 90's & old school music because back music was MUSIC & people put art into what they sang.
These days all you need is
a beat, some dude in clothes 3 sizes too big , a grill with stank breath and some big booty girls in the video and it goes platinum...no talent needed! & thats a shame.
i completely agree, am i the only one wondering how rappers like Soulja Boy or Flo Rida got a deal?
I dont even listen to rap anymore, for the most part all of the songs are about the EXACT same thing. I do still listen to 'hip hop' artists tho, like Common, Mos Def, Lupe Fiasco and DyMe A DuZiN, but i just cant get into any of the others.
I cant lie tho, Lil Wayne puts good verses on R&B remixxes, but other *rappers* need to just leave tha good songs alone
Lol. I hate soulja boy he is so annoying he cant even speak english properley and girls go mad for him I've got no idea why he is stupid and uneducated he cannot sing...
