(Note: while this is the retail album, it was ripped at onli 96kbps...it sounds great, but not SUPERIOR. I'm in the process of updating with the 320kbps version...)

(Note #2: I've decided that i'm going to keep it as is, if you want the FULL retail 320kbps then you'll have to go purchase the album...or get it somewhere else! (hopefully this appeases the disgruntled muffins) )

The RIAA recently stopped suing individuals, and are focusing on attacking ISPs for allowing P2P file sharing. At most, what's going to happen is they'll simply take the link down. Which, idk if you know (the way you approached this situation shows me that you probably don't!) every time a link dies, more than likely another one opens up. Which, if you go thru rapidshare's databases there's about 100 or so.

Do a google search hun...the album's pretty much EVERYWHERE by now...

So go ahead, report me to the RIAA....they have a 2 week turnaround time to respond to ANY reports. By then the album will be out, the entire world will have it, and your efforts will have been futile.
