Love Muffins, I am so miffed right now! How do you feel about internet dating?
I met a guy on FB, and we started to have great communication via text, email, and even phone convos. Well, when we first started the phone thing, I asked him (because you are supposed to) is your profile real. Without hesitation….he said, “YES!!!” Ok, so after that, we continued our conversations and emails…and so forth. One day, I decide to go back to his profile, just because…no real reason! Well, someone left a comment that the profile was fake…and the pictures belonged to a body builder. To my surprise, I “Googled” the name of the bodybuilder and up pops many pictures and Youtube video of this guy whom I was supposed to be talking to. Well, I sent the guy the video and asked him, “WHY?” he apologized and said he was disfigured in a car accident and looked horrid. So he wanted a friend and he wanted to tell me the truth LATER!!! He was such a nice guy, I thought. His emails were so touching and sincere, I thought. That same day, I found out that he had several people on FB that he was lying to and the same emails and convos he had with me…., they had the same words!!!??? All day, he blew up my phone and filled my inbox with tons of “I’M SORRY!!!”……So, My Fellow Love Muffins…WHAT WOULD YOU HAVE DONE??? WOULD YOU KEEP HIM or TOSS HIM??? (By the way, I finally answered the phone, let him explain…and ultimately told him ‘Good-Bye’!)

had something similar happen to me.whats done in the dark (the lies and bait and switch technique) comes to light (the truth will come out) I tossed too. If they will lie about something like that then there are sure to be more BIG lies to come. And its sooo damn simple to tell the damn truth..its a damn shame..

Right!!!! There is nothing wrong with telling the truth...."I don't like myself"..or.."I wish I was lighter"...or..."I wish my teeth looked different"..it's OK!!! ....Anything is OK.....even me, I wish my stomach had six packs instead of a keg, lol...but damn!!!...lol...it's me...so I deal with it!!! :oD

Oh honey one thing you have to understand is that the internet is not a place to meet someone it really isn't. I know that places for us to meet people are very limited but that internet is not your friend. People get on there to be someone else. They don't want to be themselves and trust me for every person you speak to he is speaking to 100. How many times have you seen a guy on a chat room every time you log on such as in gay-com, men4sex, adam for adam and so on. The internet is great for a hook up but not for a long term thing. Find a different way like going to the library to the park to rent a movie to a coffee shop. Do this things alone and you will see there are ton of good guys out there that are not on the internet. TO THE CURB WITH THE QUICKNESS YOU DID THE RIGHT THING IF ALL HE WANTED WAS A FRIEND WHY LIE JUST DONT PUT UP A PIC HE SOUNDS LIKE HE MAY HAVE SEVERAL PROFILES YA KNOW ITS SOME CRAZIES OUT THERE PLAYING LIKE THEIR SOMEONE THEY ARE NOT GOOD FOR YOU...THE KICK WOULD HAVE BEEN SO SWIFT WITH ME HE WOULD'NT KNOW WHAT HAPPENED THIS IS FUNNY I MET SOMEONE ON FB WITH NO PIC BUT THEY KNEW EVERYTHING ABOUT ME THEN THEY PUT UP A PIC BUT ITS NOT THEM AFTER SEVERAL NOTES FROM HIM AND ONE NASTY NOTE FROM ME IT STOPPED

Yeah Kerry, I'm really getting into FB....BUT, I keep meeting fake people. I'm Deleting so-called friends just as fast as I get em!!!....lol...I thought this new technology was a good thing, BUT it is actually DANGEROUS!!! Heck, I will stay in Muffin Land...OKAY!!!! At least WE are ourselves HERE!!! :o)
