im probably not the best person to add my 2 cents on this topic since i am kinda of goin thru the same thing. but the best thing 2 do is to look at all u have done in ur life that was a success, relive those moments, and pray. things r gonna always b hard and ur gonna have times when u feel u r less than what u really r but "God dont make no junk". ur worth more than ur weight in gold. if u pray and stay connected to God, it will b revealed to u how much of a treasure u r. there is someone who looks up 2 u or admires u 4 somethin u do, enjoy that

Look within yourself to see why it is you feel that way. Is it the people that come and go ? Is it family? Is it you are just not happy and don't know why? I have been there, I realized that some people are there for only a season and some are there for the long haul. I had to realize my self worth and embrace it. I had to do what made me happy first. It took for me to leave a 18 year marriage and step out on faith to understand ME. I have made it and so can you. We all go through upsets in life but when you feel that way do what you are doing reach out to people that will uplift you and uphold you. Always remember that you are special and you are bringing beauty to this earth for a reason. Do some soul searching and become at peace with who you are. We are here for you...Keep your head up always!

I have to get ride of that feeling fast cuz lord knows it will bring you down in a second but I just surround myself with people I know will make me feel like I am worth something but hey its all up to you and no one else to say if your worthless or not OK GIRL!!!

It is so easy to become bitter and hateful when things don't seem to be going your way. Especially since you feel that no matter what you do nothing is never good enough or that you take 1 step forward just to be slammed 2 steps back. We all have the hope to keep positive no matter what happens or what people do to us. We can always rise above it all. Be happy with who we are. Let go of anyone that is not treating you the way you deserved to be treated. You do not need someone who trys to brings you down. You are a beautiful person. You have everything in you.

I try not to eat or shop (emotional things like that are the worst) & instead play my favorite songs & try to get outside.

Bug the crap out of my loved ones. They will be there for you and help you.

I have many moments when I don't feel good enough, attractive enough, man enough, or ____________ enough and am overtaken by feelings of great inadeqaucy. There are many times when I feel left out, unappreciated, undervalued, not taken seriously, and like I'm on the outside looking in and that everyone got invited to the party except for me. I say that to say while I don't know exactly how YOU feel I can empathize and relate to what you're going through BUT I want to let you know that YOU ARE NOT WORTHLESS! because the same God that created the vast canvas we call a sky, the same God that flung the moon, stars, and sun into suspension, the same God that created the seasons and their ebb and flow, the same God that created the endless ocean, the same God that set this whole world and time into motion as we know it took the time to meticulously, specifically, particularly, and intricately create, mold, shape, design, and breathe life into every little minute fiber of your being and He sent his son Jesus Christ to live, die, and rise again JUST FOR YOU so my precious sweetheart YOU... have value BEYOND MEASURE
