I deserve to win because I heard snippets of her album on her website... and loved it!!
A hot bath, glass of wine, candles lit, and the music of Ledisi soothing my mind body and soul... I need this damn album!

I am Detroit's biggest Ledisi fan! I have been a fan of hers since she was an independent artist...her first cd, "Soul Singer," was the beginning cd of her career, and I have been loving her ever since!! I have seen her twice in concert and her voice is amazing!!!! She is very energetic, gets the crowd on their feet, and is very appreciative of her audience...I would love to win this cd of hers!

I absolutely LOVE Ledisi! When I first heard her track "Alright" from the Lost and Found album, I was hooked I gave her rave reviews on Itunes and pumped her to all my people, Dj friends and anyone who asked my opinion for good soul music! They loved her. I felt touched by her lyrics and immediately went on a Ledisi hunt seeking out all her albums and even tracks she did with other artists on their albums...she is definitely one of the up and coming LEGENDARY R&B/SOUL Divas!!! I also would like to add that she is projecting light as a wonderful and positive image for young black folk who are learning that being truly fabulous is not possible without focus! I would love to win this recording because I really believe there is a healing quality in her voice...and to be able to hear and share that would be wonderful...all over again!!!!

Ledisi by far is one of the most skillful & emotional Jazz, RnB and Soul singers of the last few years.
I absolutely adore Ledisi's music. She is such a phenomenal singer/songwriter! When I hear Ledisi's music it takes my mind and soul on a journey! Her love of music comes through with every song she sings. I would love to win her CD "Turn Me Loose" my mind & soul is so ready to take that next journey with Ledisi's amazing music & vocals!

I feel that I deserve to win this amazing album because Ledisi has been a huge inspiration in my life. I loved Ledisi from when she first put out Soulsinger in 2000 without big label backing I was there supporting. I even traced her music back to Anibade. Point blank I love her passion and desire for the craft that is music. I feel that a lot of artist who speak truth are push to the back for more trendy people like your beyonce's and rihanna's but I digress. I want this album please pick me.

I am a huge Cali fan and I have loved Ledisi from the first time I heard her on "Soul Singer". The "Lost & Found" album remains constant on my Ipod playlist. I love that whole album but "Think of You" is my most favorite. You can her emotion in her music. Each and every words comes from somewhere deep in the core of her soul. It's like once she's done you're spent. Her voice is so rich and soothing she calms me when I'm most stressed. I cannot wait to see her in concert. She lets me know there is still real music out there. I love the fact that she continue to put out music with depth. I love she does and I thank her for allowing not just me but all her fans to share in her gift.
