her voice is sooo soothing. i was talking to a couple of my co-workers about her a few days ago and surprisingly some of them have never heard of her. her talent was super underrated!

Diva Phyllis Hyman is the EPITOME of talent in it's truest most authentic form. Incredibly human, some say to a fault...but I think human in the most relevant, tangible way. She wore her emotions on her beautifully attired sleeve and carried her cross with as much elegance and grandure as I've EVER seen.

Phyllis Hyman is my queen...my diva...someone who inspires me tremendously...Rest In Peace....MUAH!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE LOVE LOVE PHYLLIS HYMAN!!! I WAS REALLY SAD WHEN I HEARD SHE PASSED AWAY. I WISH I COULD HAVE SPOKEN TO HER I WOULD HAVE PUT MY ARM AROUND HER AND LOVED HER LIKE MY OWN SISTER. SHE LEFT TOO SOON.

Phyllis Hyman was one of the most Soulful Entertainers! Her voice was like silk. I truly miss her!
